This SPICE simulation model may be used and distributed freely, provided they are not altered in any way, resold, or included in any other package for resale. In addition, the IGBTmodel copyright notice MUST be maintained and included with any model distribution.
Macromodels, simulation models, or other models provided by IGBTmodel, directly or indirectly, are not warranted by IGBTmodel as fully representing all of the specifications and operating characteristics of the semiconductor product to which the model relates.There is no support or warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, regarding the use of the model and IGBTmodel specifically disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness of the models for any purpose. IGBTmodel therefore does not assume any liability arising from their use. In all cases, the current data sheet information for a given device is the final design guideline and the only actual performance specification. IGBTmodel reserves the right to make changes without notice to any model.
Although the use of macromodels can be a useful tool in evaluating device performance in various applications, they cannot model exact device performance under all conditions, nor are they intended to replace breadboarding for final verification.
