It is now your chance to upload your own Power Device models and share with us your opinions. In this website you have access to a discussion board to discuss your ideas and where you can post your findings and models to extend the knowledge about IGBTs.

-An indispensable device for high power electronic applications is the IGBT (Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor). The parameter extraction is done by means of a Matlab-PSpice optimization tool, the MBPI (Model Based Parameter Identification) which you can find [[MBPI|here]]. It is a user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) that you can use on your own.
