An indispensable device for high power electronic applications is the IGBT (Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor). Readily available physics-based IGBT models are NOW at your disposal.  They can be easily implemented in circuit simulators, such as PSpice. Try yourself [[IGBTModel|here]]. The parameter extraction is done by means of a Matlab-PSpice optimization tool, the MBPI (Model Based Parameter Identification) which you can find [[MBPI|here]]. It is a user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) that you can use on your own.

[edit] Let's share our Power Device models for a more standardized work!

It is now your chance to upload your own Power Device models and share with us your opinions. In this website you have access to a discussion board to discuss your ideas and where you can post your findings and models to extend the knowledge about IGBTs.

Do you have any inquiries? Feel free to contact us.
